The website and embedded booking tools may use cookies or similar browser storage to remember preferences, maintain sessions, prevent abuse and make booking features work. Third-party services embedded in the site may also set their own essential cookies.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for customer-service and business records, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.
